We develop what matters.
Laborgh is a project developer focusing on socially responsible rental housing. Since 2012, we have completed a large number of projects, most of which have been handed over to state-owned companies
Our team combines technical expertise, entrepreneurial thinking and a clear philosophy: we develop what is needed, not just what looks good.
As a delegated project developer and manager, we also offer our expertise to third parties. We are available as an entrepreneurial partner from the project idea to operation and accompany the projects with the same commitment as if they were our own.
Expertise across the entire project cycle.
Whether for our own projects or on behalf of third parties, we offer comprehensive services along the entire value chain:
- Land acquisition & site analysis
- Concept & project development
- Securing planning permissions & approval procedures
- Design & construction management
- Project management & asset management
Family offices, housing associations and local authorities trust in our creativity and entrepreneurial thinking – especially when it comes to complex projects and challenging sites.
Many personalities, one common goal: we develop projects that truly make a difference.
Diverse experiences and perspectives make us strong, and our mindset unites us: pragmatic, committed and solution-oriented.
What sets us apart? Our team spirit. For us, teamwork means short communication channels, open communication and a genuine sense of togetherness that carries every project.
From the very first site visit to handing over the keys: we live our projects. And here we introduce the people who make up Laborgh.

Our commitment to Berlin and beyond
In addition to our commitment to social housing construction, we also take responsibility beyond our projects – in the heart of Berlin and beyond. We support sports, culture and social initiatives that bring together people, create joy and strengthen community.
This is how we support club sport: from the LTTC ‘Rot-Weiß’ e.V. Men’s 30s 1st team (promoted to the 1st Bundesliga and Northern Regional Champions), through to the Jugendfußballclub Berlin e.V., right up to the Peters/Wüst beach volleyball team, which is competing in the German Championships.
Art and culture are also close to our hearts: as a partner of the Laborgh Rapid Cup in chess and jazz and the Ostkreuz School of Photography, we help make talents visible.
And because the little ones are especially important to us, we support the children’s hospice of the Björn Schulz Foundation, a place that provides support for families in difficult times.
For us, sustainability is an attitude, not a label.
We are convinced that climate-friendly construction and affordable housing are not mutually exclusive. We design and build energy-efficient properties and use materials that conserve resources. At the same time, we create socially diverse neighbourhoods with accessible facilities: housing that remains affordable and fosters diversity.
We work exclusively with reliable partners who have been vetted by us. We consistently rule out excessive return expectations or ethically questionable business practices.
